Positive: Piscina comunitaria y casa amplia. Dispone de aire acondicionado en todas las estancias y de una gran terraza con posibilidad de hacer barbacoa.
Negative: Los contenedores de basura están bastante alejados de la casa y la cocina está poco equipada.
